Excel Laser Cutting are able to provide a wide range of precision cut products to suit a huge variety of applications and industries ranging from mechanical components to installation artwork. The materials which are able to be processed include mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, zincanneal, zincalume, perspex, plastics, timber and customwood. To facilitate the most convenient and efficient service possible for our clients we also stock most of these materials.
Material can be supplied and cut to the following specifications:
• Maximum size sheet or plate – 1500mm x 3000mm
• Aluminium up to 12mm thick
• Mild steel up to 25mm thick
• Stainless steel up to 15mm thick
• MDF or plywood up to 32mm thick
• Acrylic up to 25mm thick
We accept artwork in the following file formats:
• DXF AUTOCAD 2000 FORMAT
• DWG AUTOCAD 2000 FORMAT
